Children learn the best during play.

This school age program is designed for children age 5 - 9. Our staff support and empower the play that children naturally engage in. We develop activities that suit the interests and the needs of your child.

Children in this program spend much of their time creating and playing out elaborate games, building forts, creating art, songs, going on nature walks, experimenting with natural materials, and observing animals or harvesting plants for use in their play. We have a fresh water stream running through our site that allows for imaginations to bloom. We find that rain provides space for some of the best adventures.

Children as young as 5 participate in this program. If your 5 year old child might be more comfortable in the 1/2 day preschool group, please check out our Explorers Program.
